What is the Smiling Mind app?

A key resource is the Smiling Mind app, a free mobile application offering guided mental fitness programs. The app includes content tailored for children, adolescents, and adults, with specialised programs for use in schools, workplaces, and at home. Sessions range from a few minutes to longer practices and are designed to help users build skills in stress management, emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness.
