Summary

This statistic-heavy article reports on quality of life in 291 patients after resection of a meningioma. Fatigue, sleep impairment, emotional, social and cognitive functioning had a significant impact on quality of life in the first year after surgery. Quality of life remained impaired even 10 years after surgery. Interventions targeting sleep problems and cognitive dysfunction may help to improve quality of life.
