Family Communication during Cancer (Videos – Griffith University)

In this video Dr Elisabeth Coyne and Ms Julia Robertson (person with a brain cancer) talk about the importance of family communication during times of stress to maintain family functioning. Ms Robertson talks about her experience of talking with family members during her cancer diagnosis and Dr Coyne highlights some of her research findings to facilitate family communication. A second video shows a family who explains how they communicated about cancer in the family.
